A message from “The Doctor”The Brick Doctor, Inc. located in Kent County, Delaware has been in business for more than 25 years. As a family owned and operated full line masonry business, we specialize in the installation of flexible interlocking concrete pavement and segmental retaining wall systems. We also provide complete masonry services including the restoration and repair of brick & masonry. We look forward to providing you with our professional services.
We provide both commercial and residential installation projects ranging in size from 60,000 square feet to small homeowner patios. (no job is too small) We service Delaware, Maryland and S/E Pennsylvania. Our services include free estimates which begin with the initial appointment, CAD drawings and design, detailed quote, digital imaging and all required services to turn your “vision” into reality.
Our extensive background in the masonry construction business makes us uniquely qualified for hardscape installations. Our vast knowledge and experience in the construction trade and industry standards make our installations the best attainable. “Education along with Supervised On the Job Training for new employees is critical to ensure quality installations”.
As one of our customers stated, “After watching your crew install, our new driveway, and seeing the extent of the work and equipment required, I’m sure glad I didn’t hire the guy that cuts my grass on Mondays to install our driveway on Thursday!" Working in the masonry field for seventeen years, twelve of those years working with The Brick Doctor, Inc, I’ve seen the company triple in size and feel fortunate that I was a part of that growth. I believe a large part of the company’s success and growth is attributed to our team effort mentality along with the quality of work that we provide to our customers both commercial and residential. Another important ingredient is providing our customers an opportunity to be involved during the construction process. Our construction background, specifically masonry gives us the experience to overcome any challenge that a hardscape project may present. We take pride in every project we do—small or large. We want our customers to be involved with every aspect of their project from our first on-site meeting to discuss the project to the final touches to complete the project. During the construction process, changes can be made as our customers watch their “vision” come to life. We provide a five-year warranty on all of our installations. Our company strives to provide our customers with the best possible experience and satisfaction that a company can provide. We take pride in our work and have pride in our employees which is why we have been able to compete in this field for so many years. At first, we were the only kids on the block, but it seems paver installers are coming out of the woodwork!! Unfortunately, some are not very qualified and we have gone to some homes to fix what should have been done correctly to begin with. Consumers should always look for the "ICPI Certified" seal from their contractors. Our employees have been trained in installing interlocking concrete pavers the correct way. We offer such a long warranty on our installations, but honestly, we don't have to go back very often. Mostly because a paver light went out or something small. A paver driveway, sidewalk, patio, deck or pool-surround can make such a difference. More and more, people are sticking around their homes to make it their "retreat" instead of traveling. Pavers add such a dramatic change...you'll never want to leave home!!!!
